We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator with a strong background in outsourcing delivery to join our Delivery Management team. We work with a diverse portfolio of software projects for our clients ranging from innovative startups to established enterprises, primarily located in Iceland, Norway, Germany and the USA.  

We are currently seeking a proactive, energetic leader to coordinate several teams working for Icelandic customers, drive pre-sales efforts, and contribute to our collaborative company culture.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery on all stages within agreed deadlines, scope, quality, and budget. You will also be responsible for building trustful relationship with customers, managing their expectations while being the main contact point for them. Be ready to accept the challenge of building a great team with positive team spirit and a nice culture while working remotely.  

You will be working closely with an experienced management team located in Ukraine and Europe.

• Take full ownership of project delivery across all phases (from initiation to closure)

• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans

• Define project deliverables, staffing needs, timelines, and budgets

• Build and maintain strong, trustful relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact

• Define and optimize the project team setup; lead staffing, motivation, retention, and performance evaluation activities

• Ensure effective planning, coordination, risk management, and resource forecasting

• Be a leader for your team

• Solid experience within IT, including 2+ years as a Project Manager or Project/Delivery Coordinator

• Proven success in leading full-cycle software delivery projects

• Knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices (PMBOK or equivalent)

• Previous experience in software outsourcing environment is a must

• Solid technical background; prior hands-on experience in technical roles (e.g.  QA engineer, developer, business analyst) is a plus

• Experience managing cross-functional, remote teams of 5-10 members across different locations

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced level of spoken and written English

• Experience within Nordics market

• SCRUM Master and/or Project Management certification

• Experience of working with product requirements in Product Manager/Product Owner/Business Analyst roles
