Test Engineer

Our customer develops a world class IPAAS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution. It is a robust, scalable, configurable, high-load integration platform for integrating the AI-based autonomous accounting product with the most popular Nordic and Global ERP systems. The platform is cloud-based (Azure) and is integrated with a Data Lake.  From the UI side there is an administration and configuration portal which gives flexibility to setup, configure and manage integrations.

We’re looking for a Test Engineer to join the distributed team working on the platform development.

You’ll be joining an ambitious, technically challenging project built on a modern stack - ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to help shape the product from day one.

• Perform ongoing testing of the platform: APIs, integrations with ERPs and e-invoice access points, web portals

• Together with Test Lead on customer side, define test approach, test tools and methods

• Estimate and plan testing activities

• Use agentic AI tools in daily work

• Perform bug tracking and reporting

• Prepare test documentation

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

• Work closely with Product Owner, Test Lead, and distributed engineering team in an Agile environment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of experience within Software Testing

• Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations testing

• Proficiency with Postman

• Experience in web applications testing

• Knowledge of SQL

• Deep understanding of core testing processes and QA practices

• Experience in test planning and estimation

• Knowledge of bug tracking tool(s) and process

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify product requirements and clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Previous experience in a distributed, cross-cultural agile/lean team

• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level

• ISTQB certification
