Overview

The client is a startup developing a proactive AI assistant for enterprise environments. Instead of relying exclusively on direct prompts, the proposed product would continuously interpret context and autonomously support activities such as responding to messages, scheduling meetings, retrieving internal policies, and generating reports. A central integration server would connect the assistant with existing enterprise tools and workflows through modular connectors.

The client engaged HBM for Product Discovery to validate the concept, assess its technical feasibility, and define a clear path toward an MVP. During the six-week engagement, HBM explored the product vision, market assumptions, user journeys, architecture, technology stack, and implementation requirements. The engagement concluded with a clickable prototype and a detailed MVP delivery plan; product development was not included in the scope.
